Your email address is not required if you do not wish to be notified. Providing your full last name is optional if you wish us to include your last name when giving you credit for your teaching tip. If you do not provide your last name, we will use just the initial of your last name.

You will be given credit if your teaching tip is selected to be published. Here is an example of a teaching tip and how credit is given:
"I always try to take advantage of "teachable moments." Times come up during a class when students are at their peak of readiness to learn something. Even if it is not directly related to what I plan to teach at that time, if it's important, I go with it. Be careful though. Students have a way of getting you off track so they have less work to do."
